Processing Time: This includes order verification, quality checking, personal handwriting, and careful packaging. All orders are dispatched to our delivery partner, The Courier Guy, within 48 hours after your order is placed.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes to travel from our facility to your destination. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2-3 working days via The Courier Guy. Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's progress every step of the way.
